I seem to have an unquenchable thirst. Drinking makes me feel a bit nauseous so might be I’m not drinking enough, but can’t get the thought of diabetes out my head. Anyone have this? X

Roughly how much are you drinking? I'm 26
Weeks with my second and drink water all the time. You are more likely to feel thirsty. Maybe if you tried sipping all day rather than downing a pint it would help? I don't mean that in a judgy way. I often think oh I haven't had a drink then have too much in one go and feel all sloshy!

Not judgey at all, appreciate any advice! Mornings I probably drink just under a litre of squash. Afternoons I feel more nauseous and find it harder to find something to like. But probably another litre of a mix of water, sparking flavoured water or squash x

Try having a water bottle at hand all day if you can, set a target of finishing it all in 1 or 2 hours depending how you are feeling. I tend to drink about 6-7 pints of water a day as well as lots of tea. But when I work nights I struggle to drink enough as I work outside and going to the toilet isn't easy, I definitely notice it the next day.

I’m the same, will be 18 weeks on Sunday. I wouldn’t worry just keep on top of drinking water throughout the day.

Google diabetes insipidus and see if it matches your symptoms - very hard to diagnose so can go unnoticed

Thank you, @PenguinBarnotBird had a look, definitely not weeing that much so fingers crossed its not that x
