40+6 had a sweep Wednesday morning around 11am and since last night I've had really bad cramp in belly and back , no contractions , the pain just stays , tried a hot water bottle and it has done nothing , I'm in agony , feels like really bad period pains 
anyone know if this could be the start of something , TMI , also losing a lot more discharge than normal , been losing parts of my plug from around 27 weeks so could be that
