...did you manage to control the weight gain in subsequent pregnancies?

I'm 37 and had my first child 20 years ago. I gained 3 stone during that pregnancy and it took a fair few years to lose it. This time around I want avoid excess weight gain. I'm a size 12 and at this point in my pregnancy (16+4) I haven't gained any weight yet.

I am eating really well and really healthily and just wanted to hear stories from those who managed to not gain excessive weight. It isn't a vanity thing for me, I am hypothyroid and gain weight very easily and obviously being older I would like to be as healthy as I can be during motherhood Smile
