I'm new to this site so i'm not sure where to post this but I was hoping you guys may be able to help me. So my partner and I have been trying for a year and a half now and have had no luck. According to my tracker I was due my period on Saturday. I don't usually experience any sort of cramping or anything with my periods but if I do I normally will always come on within a day of cramping. Its now Thursday and still no period, however since Saturday I have had a non stop feeling of a pulling, tightening, heavy feeling in the middle of my lower abdomen and today have had slight pinching every so often slightly to my right as well. Not painful in anyway but noticeable but I have also got lower back pain as well which is just a little uncomfortable. I had watery discharge through Saturday to Monday and now just regular white discharge but quite a bit. I took a pregnancy test this morning but it was negative. Hoping to get a doctors appointment tomorrow but I just wanted to ask if any one has experienced anything similar and it still turns out they were pregnant? Not getting my hopes up as i'm so used to disappointment at this stage but I was almost certain I was going to a get a positive test this morning.
