Extreme pressure and pain

Hi everyone I'm 39 weeks pregnant on Sunday and have an induction booked for two days time. I normally feel uncomfortable pressure down below throughout the day. However tonight I'm in agony As I feel like baby's head is more on my right side than on the middle and maybe pressing on my nerves . Anyone else had this . Nothings getting rid of the pain

I felt like this with my first around 32weeks and it was due to my pelvic bones separating.
