Hi looking for some advice please. Had my BFP(big fat positive)a couple weeks back giving me a due date of 1st October. Making me around 6 weeks now. No huge symptoms other than tired and my stomach has been solid and boobs a bit tender, and went off some foods. I already have my DD(darling daughter)who will be 5 in April and my wee girl who was 1 in Dec. I had 2 MMC(missed miscarriage)inbetween them in aug 2017 & jan 2018. I havent phoned maternity services yet to book apts as TBH(to be honest)just feel like its a 50/50 chance i wont lose this baby!! Anyway advice please last night i was bathing the girls and started having some sore cramps in my tummy last probs 20 mins only and hubby took over bedtime routine. I went to the loo and had blood on my pants (sorry tmi!) Put a pad on and had a bit more but then it stopped and not had any more pain or bleeding since. Not sure what to do or think!!!

A bit of bleeding is extremely common in early pregnancy, and in most cases is not an indication of problems.
If nothing else has happened since last night I do not think you need to do anything. If you get actual pain or more bleeding you may be able to be seen in your local early pregnancy unit. If you have severe pain or bleeding you should go to A&E at any time of day or night, otherwise a phone call to speak to the duty doctor at your surgery would be appropriate to ask about local arrangements for a referral to an early pregnancy unit.
I would encourage you to do a referral to maternity services as soon as possible, that is what will get your first trimester scan booked. You can always say you do not want a full midwifery "booking" appointment yet.
Hope things go well for you

@Sussexmidwife thank you so much for replying. I automatically thought the worst last night after my previous 2 mc's but this is definitely not the same so far. I have been putting off calling the maternity unit to book the appointments for that very reason too. I will call tomorrow even just to get the scan one sorted. Thanks for your advice.
