Help! Have my waters gone?

II'm 33 weeks pregnant today and I've been having cramps that I assumed were braxton hicks for about 3 days.
I was just putting some laundry in and I felt a damp feeling in my trousers and knickers, thought oops that embarrassing I've wet myself! It was about 2/3 tablespoons of liquid so I've changed my underwear and trousers and a few minutes later there's about 2 more teaspoons worth. It's clear and odourless so I'm starting to think it could be my waters and am panicking like mad!
I can't get through to the assessment centre but I'm wondering if it would come slowly like this if it was really waters and I've had no cramps since this morning. I had my waters broken with my first and it certainly wasn't a slow trickle so I've no idea! Anyone have any idea?

You need to call the maternity unit for advice ASAP

latheritup · 11/02/2020 14:01

Sorry posted too soon! If they're not answering, then go down. Waters can trickle or gush and since you're pre-term it is not worth the risk.

Amys136 · 11/02/2020 14:01

Put a pad on so they can test it and get yourself to the assessment unit. Better safe than sorry

Mysocalledlifexx · 11/02/2020 14:01

Hi yes it could be your waters ,go get checked out. Ive had 2 prem babies so its best to make sure your baby isnt coming early.

Sounds like it. Call the maternity unit

My waters ‘broke’ like this, but overnight. I would drive to the hospital if they aren’t picking up

amazedmummy · 11/02/2020 14:07

If you have some stick a maternity pad on, it might help them check if it's waters when you get there. Then head to the hospital. Better safe than sorry.

Oh god I was hoping to hear that I was just being over cautious. DP is on his way to take me to the hospital and look after DS now and I've a pad a on. I'm going to try them again now🤞🏻

No baby here thank goodness, I wasn't quite ready! I was having irregular contractions and my cervix is low and soft but I'm on bed rest and hoping to hold on until at least 36 weeks🤞🏻 I'll update with a picture when baby girl does arrive if I remember. Thank you all for the advice and concernThanks
