What were your implantation pains actually like?

Im ttc and wanted to post this here to find out what currently pregnant people remember.. i had what I think are implantation pains last night at 10 dpo.. one sided ovary area type of pains.. that kept me up and are gone now! AF isn’t due until Friday but want to know what experiences were?

At 8dpo I starting cramping and genuinely thought AF was on the way, even popped sanitary items in my work bag. By 10dpo the cramps stopped and I noticed a teeny amount of pink blood, on a fresh white towel I had just used!
