Confusing midwife notes

I had my 36 week appointment with my midwife and she has written something in my book that I don’t understand....

The handwriting is terrible so there are a few possible options!

“EHH 1/c soucsid”

Or it could be....

“EHH Yc somcsid”

The handwriting is not very clear so I guess it could be something else entirely or a combo of the two! Any ideas? 🙈

A photo would be more helpful, plus context.

It means fetal heart heard with sonic aid.

It will be FHH, fetal heart heard. Then the w/c will be short for with, or using, or perhaps h/h for handheld then soucsid is Sonicaid. Basically she listened to baby’s heart with a sonicaid.

@TendsToHappen Ah yes, that makes sense! Thank you!

She was covering in my usual midwives absence - my previous one always listens to the HB but hasn’t made a note of it.

Good old mumsnet to the rescue, thank you ladies!
