After a long 11 weeks of feeling sick 24/7, I have discovered that Yorkshire Biscuit Tea eases it for a bit. Also the Yorkshire Night-time tea in the blue packet.

I've been majorly off my tea, but yesterday I spotted it in the cupboard and really fancied a cup. Made me feel better than I have for weeks!

Have you been to the drs about the nausea. I have it as well and its actually a lesser form of hypermersis.
I fell dizzy and like I'm going to be sick constantly. Can't move around much, leave the house or look at anything that moves. Its a nightmare. But I'm on medication now and I'm like a new person (I feel so good that I forget I'm pregnant)

I haven't actually thought about going to the doctor, as I haven't vomited. I'm hoping that it will ease off soon (I'm 11 weeks) but if not, I might see my GP.

I've been pregnant 4 times and never vomit but can't function with the nausea as it is crippling. Can't even eat or drink with it.
I recommend you do some research before going to the drs as they tend to brush it off but it is just as dangerous as vomiting all the time.
I hope it eases off soon for you. Mine doesn't. It lasts all pregnancy and gets worse with each pregnancy

Hi ladies, I noticed that some slow dissolving sweets are helping me! Not sure is my case is very mild, therefore it manages to help... These are Swedish liquorish gums, that I have picked up on my travels, but oh boy was I happy to "forget" about them until now! Saves me wrong anti- nausea snacking.

I’m 17 weeks and here are my tips for nausea so far that have really helped me..... plain crackers, plain buscuits, ice lollies (although not too many), chewing gum and flavoured water. I’m still really struggling so you have my sympathy ladies.... will all be worth it though
