So after another midwife visit I've got to go weekly to see them until consultant will see me my blood pressure when not pregnant can spike quite high even on medication however during pregnancy it's come down to around 135/85 they would like it lower but due to my weight I can't see that happening!! She said because of this I may end up having baby early..... Its a long way off yet but how early....... My work are quite possibly the least understanding place going so I'd like to at 20wks book in my maternity leave..... Any experience of high blood pressure / large babies and early deliveries?

She thinks this baby will be big it's a 4th baby my last was 7 years ago but she was 8lb 14oz........
I'm only 9 weeks and already feel this time round it's going to be a long haul Confused

135/85 isnt a bad blood pressure, its actually fairly normal. Is it erratic? Do you have diabetes? Is there anything else going on?

Im just asking because weekly midwife visits, then a consultant visit for a blood pressure like that isnt the norm

No that's managed bp with medication... It is fairly erattic before seeing midwife 179/101..... 180/100 actually managed better with the new medication than what I was on before, I'm having to go weekly because of high bp which I've had for a fair few years.... Got to start clexane to due to age/bmi/bp/4th baby
