You tend to need more water during pregnancy. Try upping your water intake.

You need to drink more. I probably drink getting on for 3 litres a day at the moment (39 weeks)

Lazydaisydaydream · 10/02/2020 22:11

My midwife said I need to be drinking at least 2 litres a day on top of any tea/coffee Etc. Try drinking more and see if that helps.

If you're drinking coffee that is probably dehydrating you so you would need to drink more water anyway to negate the effects of the caffeine dehydrating you.
