Hi all, recently decided to ttc with my partner but we’re just waiting for my depo injection (last shot January 2019) to come out my system. I had progesterone to bring a period on at the doctors two courses with no luck. Just started dong quai to see if this helps and I’ve started spotting. I had terrible cramps yesterday when spotting started but now it’s calmed down. Just wondering whether you think this is just my period starting to come back? Or implantation? The blood is baby pink and only when I wipe. Anyone had a similar experience trying to get a period back/not knowing what’s going on?
