22 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy and not feeling 100%. Just wondering if anyone else is feeling the same and if it's normal or if I should get checked out?

-- nausea returned (had hyperemesis up until 16 weeks, it then disappeared until now)
-- extreme exhaustion
-- headaches (paracetamol doesn't help)
-- tinnitus
-- occasional shortness of breath
-- mild visual disturbances (e.g. sparkles in vision)

I'm 20 weeks and feel worse than i had earlier. Really exhausted, queasy, and more headaches. I'm going to mention it to midwife. My friend is 24 weeks and she said it's the same for her, and midwife took her blood pressure and said it was normal.

Went to see midwife today - blood pressure up slightly but urine sample was fine. She wasn't concerned so told me to speak to GP about the other symptoms. Tinnitus and not sleeping well are probably causing my headaches. Just glad it's nothing serious!
