I'm 5/6 weeks pregnant! I have had some very mild cramping, a little nausea feeling every day and sensitive nipples over the past week! But today I feel pretty normal, my boobs still look bigger! I took another pregnancy test (one with how far gone) for reassurance and it came back positive with 3 weeks +. Has anyone else had experience in early pregnancy with symptoms coming and going?!

Hey, I'm 11 weeks today and mine come and go. In fact, I've had 4 private scans as I've been so worried but it's been fine so far. I've got another private one booked 11+5 and then NHS one at 12+5 ...xx

@GalaxyGirl24 thanks so much for replying, it's like one moment my boobs are super sensitive and feel really firm and the next minute they are not! One moment I'm getting little cramps then nothing, some days feeling queasy and then others feeling fine! Trying not to worry but wonder what causes it? Maybe body getting used to hormones!! Wow, great that you've had four scans already and all sounding really positive! Bet you can wait for your 12 week one xxx

@Lucylou37
Hey I'm the same with symptoms.. currently 7/2 and past two days I've all of a sudden developed morning sickness! I was very bloated early on but that's eased now too. Symptoms defo up and down but had private scan today and confirmed so far all good

GalaxyGirl24 · 09/02/2020 20:29

@Lucylou37 yeah, I've had similar! It is hard not to worry but I keep reminding myself that I'm doing all I can, and to some extent things are out of my control. I've had sore boobs on and off/cramping on and off, nausea on and off etc so there's no predicting how i will feel the next day! I really shouldn't have had so many scans tbh but I do get worked up and then I book them in, then I regret it as my symptoms come back the next day and I don't feel I need it anymore 😂🤦🏾‍♀️ ive told DH that after this next private one, I won't book another private one until 16 weeks for the gender scan! I hope you manage to get some rest and not worry too much! I'm told that the first trimester is anxiety ridden for a lot of mums, so let's hang in there!

@GalaxyGirl24 it sure is a rollercoaster! Had an awful nights sleep yesterday, then when I got to work I thought I was going to be sick so quickly gobbled down an apple and felt OK? Is that what they call morning sickness 😂😂 hope you've had a good and stress free day x

I'm 13+2 and my symptoms have been coming and going from the beginning......one minute I'm panicking as I'm feeling fine and thinking I've had a MMC, the next I'm feeling horrendous and wondering why the heck I was so desperate for the symptoms to come back.
Pregnancy anxiety....it's the best! 🙈

GalaxyGirl24 · 10/02/2020 18:27

@Lucylou37 That's the type of nausea I get as well, I can feel constantly sick but a lot of the time I'm just suddenly hungry every 2 hours and if I don't eat there and then I feel like I'll throw up!

Lucylou37 · 10/02/2020 19:30

@GalaxyGirl24 haven't had the joy of experiencing this as much as you have! But like you, food seems to keep the sickness at bay! Hurray! I just want my scan now, but have to wait for the midwife to call first and that might even be until the 21st!

Ahh thanks for reassuring post! I was so worried my boobs had shrunk and was even analysing the size of my nipples, but then today I nearly vom'd all over my desk at work and wished the feeling would end!! They never prepare you for the anxiety of first trimester! Thanks for replying nice to know we're not alone xxxx

@Lucylou37 they really don't prepare you at all for the first trimester, you're right. I always thought it'd be a really straightforward time and a waiting game - which it is a waiting game but far from straightforward!

LittleBoyJuly2020 · 11/02/2020 09:30

That nausea is likely to get a lot worse from week 6-7 so make the most of feeling relatively normal right now!
I'm 16 weeks and still going through the ups and downs of an array of symptoms.
