Constant nausea

I'm currently 7+3 (although we had a private reassurance scan yesterday that put us back by 10 days as I thought I was 8+5 following my LMP)
I've had constant nausea for the past 2 weeks, it's 24 hours a day and has relented once for a whole day yesterday, today it has come back full force. I'm struggling to drink anything, when usually I'm 2-3 litres of water a day plus coffee whilst I'm at work kind of girl... What are your tips on staying hydrated?? I'm so fed up of the constant feeling of being sick, nothing is calming it down and drinking only seems to make it worse...

Ice lolly's really help me!
My sickness kicked in at 6 weeks and I'm 10 weeks today! And it's terrible still I can't eat a single thing before 4pm or I'm just non stop sick the nausea is literally from the second I open my eyes, I've just gone off everything as well, I have to force myself to eat something because I just feel so sick.
Honestly the only relief I get is from ice lolly's they keep you hydrated and taste nice, hope this helps and you feel better soon 💖 xx

I had the constant nausea from week 7 and I still get it now at 29 weeks but it started getting heaps better after week 9 and became much less constant

Travel time sweets really helped me but for a while I just used to go to work and then sleep for the rest of the time as it was the only time I didn't feel sick
