I’m 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant (first time). I Have been fine apart from the occasional cramp and migraines. And sore boobs!
Last night I was woken up by really bad period pain like cramps. It wasn’t just on one side which my normal short cramps are, it was all over my abdomen and lower back. It only lasted around 30-45 minutes and then I was able to go back to sleep.
Today, I have been ok but a little dizzy. I just went to the toilet and there was an ever so slight pink tinge to my CM.
Is this something to worry about? I’m so early that I know if I go to out of hours, they will just send me home and tell me to wait and see what happens.

It could be normal - spotting is super common in the first trimester. It could also be this pregnancy isn't going to be viable - unfortunately miscarriage is also super common in the first trimester. All you can do is wait. I do hope everything goes well for you.

I had the same thing, almost threw up at work because of the cramps. I'm now nearly 17 weeks and all is ok for me. Midwife told me unless the pains are with bright red blood then not to worry too much.

I had the same problem, I was on the bathroom floor in the fetal position at work being sick because they hurt that much. After a week or so they calmed down. It was everything stretching. It does hurt though and make you wonder if everything's okay. I'm now 17 weeks with a healthy little girl so. Obviously if you are worried or there is blood please do get checked. 💕

Thanks everyone. I had a little nap as I had such a bad sleep last night and I’m feeling much better. Going to just monitor things and take it easy and see what happens. If it gets worse, I’ll go to the doctors
