My stomach feels like it's doing flips! Constantly needing to be sat on the toilet because I feel like the waterfalls are going to start. But nothing! Nothing happens. What can I do to settle it? I've tried not eating, but that makes me feel sick because I haven't eaten, I've tried eating but it makes my stomach feel worse. I'm only 6+5 so it's definitely not movements. Just don't know what to do to settle it.

Sorry you're having a hard time and hoping it passes for you soon.
I had a constant upset tummy and frequent diarrhoea between about week 5 and week 7 (still get loose stools and occasional diarrhoea now but not as bad). Then sickness/nausea took over with a vengeance around week 7 to the point i couldn't even keep water down when it was at its worse.
Fortunately, I seem to be over the worst at week 13 🤞
Hope things improve for you soon. All I can suggest is dry salted crackers or salt and vinegar crisps to settle your stomach (if you can manage them)...and make sure you keep your fluid intake up so you don't get dehydrated.
If you don't feel better in a few days, i'd get some proper medical advice incase it's not pregnancy related.

Are you taking a pregnancy multivitamin like pregnacare? They can give you an upset stomach - I stopped taking them and stuck to just folic and the discomfort went.
