Vaginal discharge & itching.

I’ve had vaginal discharge for a while, although recently I’ve been so itchy down there. I’ve got cotton underwear to let myself breathe, and put cold compresses when I can . Although it’s driving me mad . Is this normal ? What can I do ?

Sounds like thrush to me but definitely make an appointment with your GP. Try to go pant free if you can, whatever you do don't use perfumed shower gels or anything directly down there as this could just make it worse 😊
