It’s only the left nipple 
It’s a combination of an ache and like it’s being pulled out.
I have almost flat nipples. I tried to breastfeed DD1 but couldn’t do expressed for a while but that breast was used more for expressing. I’m worried I’ve caused some damage when I was expressing as the pump was probably too small as well.
How can I stop it hurting?
