Beechams All In One capsules??

Can we take them? I’ve heard about it being a no because of the decongestants. Anyone taken them during pregnancy? I am almost 38 weeks and killing myself and baby with the coughing I am doing and my head is going to explode lol so I need something to help cough up the crap in my chest!!

I got told just last week (when I was 38 weeks) by the pharmacist that the only thing I could take for my cold was paracetamol and salt water sprays ☹️

I ended up taking paracetamol, warm steamy baths and hot honey and lemon and got there in the end.

My understanding was we can’t have basically anything except paracetamol and especially no decongestants or cold/flu remedy’s

@ifeeltheneedtheneedforsleep honey & lemon with paracetamol or hot squash with paracetamol is our best friend when pregnant isn’t it! lol
