4dpo5dt BFP is this real???

Hello everyone!! I'm so excited to finally be able to post on here. So I had my embryo transfer last Sunday on 2/2/20, 5 days ago. I am now 5dpo embryo transfer. Last night I took a pregnancy test and it was positive with a faint line. I understand that if the test is taken too early, it could be just picking up the hcg from my trigger shot that I did the Sunday before my embryo transfer (12 days ago). But this morning I took it again with first morning urine and it's still positive and it actually looks like the faint line is a hair bit darker/more filled in. I've heard of women saying that you know it's not just from the trigger shot if the line is getting darker each day. My blood test with my doctor is in 4 days. So could I really be pregnant? I've never gotten a 2nd line on a test in my entire life! My husband and I are so excited!!! I wish I could attach pictures of the tests somehow.

It's very early days but it is certainly sounding hopeful, you must be feeling excited but wanting to not get your hopes too high.

I hope you can enjoy this time and you have further good news with the blood test and any other tests you have.

Thank you. I also meant to mention that since the day after my transfer, I've been having some mild cramping off and on. So hopefully that's a good sign.

With both my kids I got a positive at 5dp5dt so it’s possible. Good luck :)

Oh wow. That's really good to hear!

My trigger had completely gone by day 4 and on 5 days post transfer I had this line and you can see day 6 in comparison. My faint line is now nearly one... all the very best to you.

I tested on day 4 and had a negative just to see if the trigger was out of my system and the next day I tested again and got a positive that was so faint no one else could see it! Congratulations! The picture is 6dp5dt xx

Oh my gosh thanks, ladies!!! This is so exciting. This will be me and my husband's first pregnancy ever in our lives!!! My trigger shot was 10,000iu 12 days ago. I keep reading a lot of ladies saying that the shot should be out of my system by now.

I noticed it's automatically making my ohh's other half lol. I mean ohhh my gosh, not other half lol

Mine was a frozen transfer. At 4dp5dt there was nothing. Then day 5 there was a line! And frozen can take longer to implant, so very possible. Here are some of my tests (took more than this photo!!!). I also had cramping too. 17 weeks now. Good luck this morning! Let us know! X
