hello,
My baby has been having hicups a few times through out the day since about 29 weeks
is this normal? i have googled it and it came up something about a prolapsed cord, i had a scan a couple of days ago and they never mentioned anything about it, would they pick up on a prolapsed cord at a scan

They would have picked it up in the scan
My baby hiccuped right up to birth and was fine

My babies hiccuped almost everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. They were both fine.

My baby hiccups every day & all the time, so did my first. Totally normal. It’s just them developing reflexes! They’d have easily noticed anything wrong on a scan so don’t worry Smile

DS got hiccups loads. I couldn't balance my tea on my bump! Try not to worry and stay away from Google unless it's for lovely stuff Smile

I'm 30 weeks today, baby has started getting hiccups once or twice a day since last week, apparently totally normal at this stage Smile I also had a growth scan today where everything was normal so it's nothing to worry about Smile
