Had absolutely no sleep since finding out I'm pregnant and really need to try and sort it.

Anyone had this pillow???

I'm hoping it will help

Yes, I've got one that shape. I love it.

I still get lower back pain some days but it certainly helps and makes my hips more comfortable. I also sleep better with it.

I use it upside-down compared to the photo - so I have my head on my normal pillows and prop my feet up on the bottom of the U shape. Best thing is that I can roll over to lie on either side and still be supported without having to move the pillow.

It does take up a lot of space in the bed but DP isn't complaining so far,

I'm the same as @mummyduckduck and use it the opposite way to how this person has it, I still like to use a proper pillow but the pregnancy pillow is great to stop me rolling around and give some support

I have one this size and shape also (£18 from Asda) which is really good. I use it every night! I’m only 13 weeks so not using it to support a bump or anything but it’s really helpful for the hip pain. Only thing is it’s quite big and DH is a bit squashed in the bed but considering I’m the one growing a human he can deal with thatGrin

Can't recommend a full size pillow enough!! I have the one from Asda too- bargain! And really comfortable! Ooh I never thought about turning it upside down 🤦‍♀️- I'm going to try that tonight...X

I have the Asda one too! I absolutely love it! So much easier to sleep at night.
