Relation to brim 4/5

Just had my 36 + 3 midwife appointment & the midwife wrote in the column where it says 'relation to brim' - 4/5. At my last appointment (34+3) she wrote in this column 'free'.

Have no idea what this means so could someone explain in layman's terms please?

Also if this is a good sign? Does it mean baby may come before due date?

I am pretty sure it means how engaged the babies head is, however it can come in and out. Mine was fully engaged earlyish but still 11 days late!! X

This is how engaged baby is.
When baby is not engaged at all it is "free"
4/5th is the beginning of engagement and then it works down to 0.
1/5th or 0/5th is finally fully engaged during active labour stage
