Health visitors, who sends them after the age of 1?

So my LO is 14 months and hasn't been seen by a HV since he was 2 months. Since then I've taken him every so often to the weigh clinics etc. The last time I went they said a health visitor will come when he is 1. I'm not concerned about anything but just worrying as I moved into the flat upstairs and changed gp, if they have sent me a letter I wouldn't have received it,(I still have same phone number),then I realised I don't even know how it works! Are healthy visitors sent by your gp or still from the maternity team assigned to you after birth?

Ask at the GP as they may have their own team of HV who may now be responsible for your lo's care

I've seen my HV as you. Didn't go to the growth clinic as I weighed my DD home. Moved area and GP told me they will contact me. She's almost 2, no contact. I don't mind to be honest, there is no concern, seen GP regularly when she was ill, weighed her at home and I'm happy with her development. She's my third, so I know how kids grow etc.

I wouldn't be worried, I guess HV are quite busy with new parents and other stuff. If you're worried ask your GP, otherwise continue what you do.
