Morning,

Is there anything i can do to help with how tired i am? I am about 7 weeks.

I am absolutely exhausted from doing nothing. Trying to stay hydrated and eat well (this could be a little better) but i am so tired. I have been trying to stay active but its a real struggle.

I know its normal to be tired but if anyone has any tips to perk me up that would be great lol.

My first midwife is not until 15th feb so this is all new to me

I’m 12 weeks and I am totally floored with exhaustion! It doesn’t matter how much sleep I get, I could go back to bed now!
This is my second and I remember feeling more like myself in the second trimester so hoping this clears in a couple of weeks.
I just want to lay on the sofa and not move all day but have another one to look after!

Also feeling your pain! I'm about 7 weeks with baby #3. I have a lively 3 year old, a 6 month old that doesn't sleep well. So I am shattered.

It usually hits me an hour after waking up, then again about 2pm. I could drop asleep standing lol x

This is going to be my first baby, i don’t know how you do it with other little ones! Hopefully it passes soon for us.

Luckily i have a desk job but i could do with some match sticks to keep my eyes open right now lol

I'm 7+6 and lucky for have a desk job but it honestly feels like if I close me eyes for a second I'd be straight asleep!

Although last night for the first night since I found out I had a full nights sleep.. no toilet trips or tossing around. So good!

Ha you somehow just manage. My DD is at pre school 4 mornings a week, so that helps!

Been trying to tidy the house today, have to keep doing little bits then sit down lol

There is no tiredness like pregnancy tiredness! X
