I am 38+6 today and there's been about 3/4 occasions since 4.50am this morning where I have had a sharp twinge right at the top of my bump! It is not very regular but enough to have woken me up. It's not all over my bump but seems to be isolated at the top. š¤
Is this normal or something to be concerned about? Or a sign of pending labour??
Might be worth mentioning I spent about 6 hours on my birthing ball bouncing about yesterday which is the most I have done in a day š¤£
