Lost my appetite

Hi all
First pregnancy here :) I'm 7 weeks and have completely lost my appetite. I feel nauseous all day but it's worst when I've just woken up of if I eat a full meal. I've only properly vomited once or twice but the urge is always there. I have a horrible taste in my mouth at all times (kind of like when you've for the flu or a tummy bug) and I can barely bring myself to eat anything substantial. Been snacking on dry things like crisps and nuts but anything heavier just makes the nausea worse. I sort of wish I could just vomit it all out properly...can anyone relate to this? I am feeling exhausted and sick. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yup. Ita horrible, I got to about 10 weeks and started throwing up. Eventually got signed off work for 2 weeks because I was so tired from lack of food.
hopefully at about 12-16 weeks it will pass though once your hormones settle. Until then dry bland foods and water.

I found I wanted salt or grease. So McDonalds worked, chips with loads of salt. Pretzels. Crisps. Egg and bacon rolls.

I would also munch on bags of dry cereal like weetos.

As long as you are eating and drinking and keeping it down then dont worry too much just try to rest as much as you can.

Congratulations and try to enjoy your pregnancy, before you know it that little baby will be with you and going to university 😁

Yes! I was nauseous and exhausted from about 6-13 weeks. Just eat what you feel like - I had a lot of potato, cheese, cream crackers, toast, crisps and sausages and had a proper aversion to most vegetables. It was awful and I lost about a stone from not eating properly, but it got better and DD doesn't seem to be any worse off for it!
