Maybe a silly question and I know it's probably different for everyone but I was just wondering at what week did you /might you/should you start loosing symptoms please. When does the placenta take over?

I'm 15 weeks, symptoms started easing off at about 13 weeks such as...
-Boobs no longer sore or feel bigger
-Mouth doesn't taste as disgusting
-Nausea dying down
-Tiredness easing off
-Generally feeling awful easing off

I still have strong food aversions though, still get slight nausea. I've read conflicting things about the placenta taking over. Anywhere from 9-14 weeks.

I would say the last wee is the week I've seen most improvement in symptoms though.

Mine were definitely on their way out by 9 or 10 weeks and gone by 12. I might have been lucky!

Probably about 16 weeks things started to ease up and felt much better by 20 weeks in terms of sickness and food aversions but I think I was unlucky!
