Hiiiii!!

Any tips on how to manage Anaemia? Im currently on iron tablets just waiting for them to kick in. Wondered how anyone else managed the random dizzy spells?!

Thanks :)

I've suffered a few dizzy/very close to fainting spells , Sit down tip head back or lay down immediately otherwise you will hit the floor and faint.big slow deep breaths and keep your home / office at work in the cooler side rather than warm x

Try and eat iron rich foods... broccoli, spinach and red meat etc as much as possible. Also try Spatone. U only absorb a certain amount of iron from the tablets (always take with vit c juice) but u can top up with spatone. It is expensive but it will help. My midwife suggested it and i take his alongside my iron tablets. Be warned iron tablets can mess wih ur digestive system so be prepared.
