If anyone could help I am 11 weeks 6 days pregnant, my dog staff who is a little fatty jumped on my earlier today unexpectedly, she's got to be atleast 3 and a half stone, her paw went right into the bottom of my stomach, and her full weight too, she's like dead weight anyway! I haven't had any sickness feeling for about a week and as soon as she did it I've been feeling really sick and been sick but still feel queezy, and got pains in the bottom of my stomach, I'm not an over thinker I am not worried it could be something terrible like I've read on other posts online but just wondering what advice anyone has to give, do I go a n e, I'm feeling really uncomfortable and the pain won't go 😥

Have you called your midwife for advise? That may be the first step. Hope you feel better soon 🌺

Hu es you go to A&E. You can't afford to take any chances.

Singlenotsingle · 01/02/2020 23:06

Yes

SquashedOrange · 01/02/2020 23:07

Yes, you should definitely get yourself checked over. I can't think of one reason why you wouldn't.

Ring your early pregnancy unit and they'll probably ask you to come in

ewms19 · 01/02/2020 23:09

Ring your maternity triage asap

Piplette · 01/02/2020 23:09

Ring epu to be safe but I suspect you'll be absolutely fine. Babies are well cushioned at this stage. My 25kg dog caught me a few times during both pregnancies and my horse walloped my bump with its head with my eldest and all was fine.

My midwife gave me 2 numbers, a landline and a mobile number which can only be contacted between the hours 9am -5pm, (this happened around 6:30-7pm) I know a n e will be useless for me until the morning as they shut unit at 6pm I had a scare early pregnancy and I just had to wait in the waiting room all night until the pregnancy/scan unit opened at 8am in the morning, so will go first thing in the morning x

I second getting checked out, but please don't worry too much. Baby is so well cushioned in there. I knocked a shower base over onto my tummy at 16 weeks (bathroom remodelling) and baby was fine. Thanks For you.

Your twelve weeks pregnant so your fetus is the size of a lemon? Or a grape? I forget.
Thing is, it’s tiny and surrounded by a lot of fluid and muscle and general body.

I can see why you would be worried, but unless there is some bleeding, it’s unlikely to be a problem.
Those of us with toddlers have experienced being used as a trampoline while pregnant.

Of course you should have it checked professionally if you are worried.

Orchidflower1 · 02/02/2020 21:20
