Pregnancy vitamins at 17 weeks?

Hi - I am still taking my prenatal vitamins (pregnacare + omega 3 addon, for some reason that's what the midwife suggested at my booking appointment).

I had my 16 week appointment last week but the midwife was so horrible that I forgot to ask about it.

So am I supposed to stop taking them at some point?

Who should I ask?

You can continue if you want. After the first 12 weeks it's only really vitamin D you need to supplement

I've took pregnancy vitamins for the whole duration of my pregnancies. Now 27 weeks with my 4th. Also took some vitamins after birth for a few months to boost me up.

My reasoning behind is that I'm not sure I assimilate everything baby needs from my food, first trimester nausea was so bad, plus there are some things like fish that I don't eat. I just feel it works for me.
