Sorry for TMI body fluids!
Hi all, as the title explains, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and worried because I have somehow developed thrush, a UTI and have had some spotting/bloody discharge.
I spent a couple of hours being monitored in hospital on Thursday evening as I had noticed blood in my urine and discomfort in my pelvic area. After calling maternity triage they told me to come in. The doctors monitored me and checked vitals, did blood and urine tests and I was sent home with antibiotics for a UTI based on results. Then yesterday I noticed blood in my discharge and had thrush symptoms too. I spoke to a midwife at the maternity triage who told me to continue with the antibiotics and use some OTC thrush internal cream and to rest and drink fluids, all of which I am doing.
I'm still seeing pink/blood discharge today and have mild pelvic pain too (like very mild period type pain).
Has anyone else experienced this?
