12 week scan anxiety- reassurance needed

Hello

So I am due my 12 week scan on Monday where I’ll be 12 weeks 6 days. I am still having some symptoms. I had a bleed last week and ended up having a scan at 11 weeks 1 day. Both twins were growing well, strong heartbeats and moving around. They showed that placentas were working aswell. One of which was over the cervix and had ? Caused a bleed. The bleed stopped.

I have had early scans due to fertility treatment etc and some brown spotting. At 6+5, 8+2 and 9+4 and all were absolutely fine.

However because of my anxiety I am scared I will go to the scan on Monday and something will be wrong. I have suffered anxiety in the past and its escalated due to the scares we have had.

Does anyone else feel like this? I know there is more than enough chance everything will be fine on Monday just my irrational head telling me otherwise. As all the other scans have been fine.

Thankyou

Scans give me anxiety too (due to a previous molar pregnancy), it’s completely normally and is definitely heightened when you have had previous complications or fertility issues. Take comfort from your previous healthy scans, and the fact that Monday isn’t too far away! Best of luck and hoping you have two very healthy babies growing in you ☺️.
