Only one boob really sore?? In early pregnancy, worried extra after two mmc's last year. Please reply if you've heard of this??

So found out the other day that I'm pregnant again. We had two mmc's last year and they were absolutely devastating. The whole process is just cruel, let alone people's faces when they find out.

I had really sore boobs for about a week so was suspicious I was pregnant again but last two days I have just a sore left boob! So worried this is a bad sign.

The first time my body had no idea my baby had stopped growing all the symptoms were there but the second time I never had sore boobs, never felt pregnant but saw baby with heartbeat on screen at 6 weeks and had hope but scan the second time showed no heartbeat, miscarried a week after that.

Should I be worried?? Thinking maybe the hormones wearing off but remaining in just one boobs for now? X

Congratulations on your pregnancy, I’m sorry to hear of your MMCs. I had this in early pregnancy, one really sore boob and with one bigger than the other - it was very strange. Everything was fine - Went on to have a healthy pregnancy and my DS is now 4! Hope everything is ok for you

Thank you so much for replying! I actually have one boob bigger than other one anyway in normal life! It's my smaller boob that hurts ! Maybe why?

Hiya JoJo mine have been similar, the one that is normally bigger has doubled in size, the other one has grown but not so much and hasn't been as sore. I'm 21 weeks x

I have absolutely no idea! Hopefully, just crazy pregnancy hormones doing weird stuff! It definitely reduced in size by 12 weeks though, and thankfully the soreness disappeared by then as well!

I had a mmc last year too. It was my first pregnany and my boobs hurt like crazy (even though the embryo wasnt alive by then). When I got pregnant again my boobs didnt hurt at all but all seems ok atm. Currently 30 weeks. No need to worry.

I had one boob swell up before the other and just the one was really painful, strangely this happened both with my MC (at 6 weeks) and my current pregnancy (currently 12 weeks)! Both boobs then did start hurting but it's up and down, some days one definitely hurts more than the other.

I had a MMC in March 14, and my first pregnancy symptom with my now 4 year old, was agony in the left boob. I felt the ovulation pain in my left ovary, then sore left boob from then until about 8 wks pregnant, when they both hurt equally. Babys placenta was very to the left, and her favourite BF boob was the left. She's a lover of the left, and right handed. If I had one sore boob again, I'd be petrified I was pregnant and I hope you look back to this thread when you're holding your babe in your arms xx

Yeah one of my boobs definitely more tender that the other. Suppose it's a bit like wonky tits during puberty!

@Jojowash I was just wondering what your outcome was with only one sore breast?
My left breast is also sore and I can feel a hard lump or duct? Did anyone have that?
I’m due on on Sunday and hoping this is a sign of pregnancy as I dont get tender breasts before my period 🤞🏼 I have got the usual spots and lower left abdominal cramps though ☹️

Hi! I’m 5 weeks and exactly the same. My left is a lot bigger and so so sore. But my right looks and feels absolutely normal. Been really worried about it too x
