Just been pulled by leading a horse. Had to pull it's head up and it felt sore in my stomach when I did it 😓
I feel fine now just upset cos I'm now scared Iv done something to baby. I don't normally have to handle them any more. :-(
Am I over panicking 😭

You just tugged at your stomach muscles? I'm sure that's totally fine.

I've bashed my bump on numerous things misjudging my size, as well as my own large dogs frequently jumping up against my bump.

If you have continuous stomach pain or bleeding or anything concerning then contact the midwives.

Hopefully just twinged a muscle.
My left hand ligament has been aching all day. Just so anxious with this pregnancy after two loses. :-(

Can pulls actually cause miscarriage. There's so many myths on google

Stay away from google!

If its just muscle/soft tissue pain you'll likely be ok.

If its a 'deeper' unfamiliar pain then id get it checked out.

Any bleeding or cramping get it checked but to out your mind at rest during my pregnancy I've come off my horse twice, been in a rear end shunt and fallen over more times than I can count and all is fine - babies are well protected from trauma Smile

I feel fine especially when at rest.
Iv been achey down there all day today but nothing painful just ligament aches.
Hopefully i just pulled or strained the muscle at the time. Typical because she doesn't normally do that 😫
