Yes, like lots of things it’s fine in moderation. I wouldn’t drink gallons of it!

I often had it while pregnant, helped with the sickness. Envy

I've been drinking a lot of it to try help with my bloating. It's caffeine free.
Things like green tea have caffeine in it so that needs to be limited to 1 cup a day.
You can buy a decaf green tea and decaf regular tea in Tesco xx

Peppermint was my favourite tea before I got pregnant and then I read somewhere that it wasn’t good in pregnancy so I stopped taking it. I’ve been quite sick for about 2.5 weeks now and just couldn’t resist the urge to have some peppermint tea, I had a cup this morning and I feel a lot better. I’ve now seen on a lot of websites that say I t is okay to have it. I’ll still ask my doctor later today though.

I think spearmint is not recommended, but peppermint is definitely good! Although it did aggravate my heartburn towards the end and I gave it up...

I used to drink a lot of peppermint tea before I was pregnant. I went off it for the first trimester, weirdly, but have been enjoying it again now.

My doctor just confirmed to me that it is okay for me to have my peppermint tea....💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 I’ll just make sure I take it in moderation.
