I've been reading up on how foundations have ingredients that are dangerous when pregnant, does anyone have any idea what I can use?

I think you should stop reading things on the internet. I used foundation and all my usual products with no issues

I know you shouldn't use retinols but I haven't heard anything about foundation Confused

In the nicest was I don't think what you are reading is factual.

That’s rubbish. If the NHS says it’s fine then it’s fine.

If you look hard enough you can find anything is dangerous during pregnancy. Go by the NHS website and ignore the rest

@193liz i dont wear foundation but i looked into organic and natural beauty products, shampoo, shower gel etc as some do countain endocrine disruptors. If you google it (or ask gp or midwife), you will find the list (things like bpa, parabens, etc) and then you can check it against the ingredients on your products' labels.

I had to give up Retinol Sad, but kept using foundation and my baby appears to be fine.

I have been getting lots of spots since becoming pregnant what products help get rid of them?
