Hi everyone,
I'm 23+4 and suffering bad from pain In my pelvis, radiating down the front of my legs and my lower back / coccyx / hips / just absolutely everywhere. I feel like I've been hit by a bus today 😞 little lady is moving about non stop so I know she's okay in there, I'm just lost for what to do, my midwife is a bit useless....
Thanks in advance xx

Sounds like PGP/SPD you may need to see your gp to be referred to a physio or see a physio privately. I've had it on and off throughout my pregnancy currently 31 weeks. I had warm baths and hot water bottles on my back. It is really painful. I know you can wear like a bump support thing too that may help. I'm sure others can advise you further.

Confirm with hot water bottle at the back( I'm having one right now) and ice pack in the front where pubic bones are. This is what the physio told me and it does help ease pain and inflammation.

I try to lie as much as I can, avoid walking to much( even a 15 minutes walk sets me off for the day), not carrying stuff, small backpack instead of shoulder bag, etc.

It is horrible and the MHS doesn't have much help for it. My physio was great this pregnancy but more than assessing me and giving me some advice and tailored exercises, there wasn't much else. I hear lots of people going to chiropractics and having some relief. I can't afford that.

Yep sounds like pelvic girdle pain. Speak to your midwife who may refer you for physio. I find plenty of warm baths and sleeping with a cushion between my legs helps
