We are 3 days before period is due and now 2 weeks since insemination, but for the last week, my wife has had constant mild cramps which feel very similar to period cramps but she never gets this! Only cramps the day she come on.

We’re yet to test, so not sure what these could mean?

Cramps are very normal in early pregnancy. It could be implantation / womb stretching.

It's not too early to test?

Congratulations! Keep in mind for the upcoming weeks that cramps occur when the uterus expands, contracts and retracts. There will be a lot of cramping as it expands!
