Does anyone have any tip to naturally start labour and what to look out for?

Last week midwife told me that intervention wouldnt be given untill 40+12. I'm currently 39+2 ?and really struggling.
So far I have had very little in the way of signs.

The only advice my MW gave was sex and bouncing on the ball

Following! I've been told the same - currently 40+4 so the clock is ticking! Have tried sex, ball, pineapple, curry - I got some cramps after a good walk today but they've since disappeared Hmm

Apparently lush do a bath bomb called sex something and the clary sage has set a few on here off after they've used it. Worth a shot?

I have had tightening a couple of times in the last two weeks but nothing significant. I'm on pineapple and spicy food tonight hoping that something will move.
