I'm only 7 weeks and only managing to go every 4-5 days which is feeling so uncomfortable. Yesterday I had a jacket potato with baked beans for dinner, the day before a vegetable stir fry, the day before that a vegetable pie and I'm drinking nearly 2l of water a day and just cannot go to the toilet. I'm feeling stressed and very full up at this point!! Any help??

Dried apricots and a tin of prunes haha. I feel for you, I’ve been there! Prunes worked wonders, also keep a few tins stocked up for that first post birth poo 😇

The doctors have always given me lactulose or fybogel which normally works a treat.
