Losing the will to do pelvic floor exercises - any hideous stories to re-inspire me?

I've been a very good girl and have been diligently doing pelvic floor exercises every day for over 2 months now. Now, at 34 weeks and right at the point where I really should keep momentum up, I just can't be arsed.

I already leak a bit of wee when I laugh/cough, so this should force me into it.

Help, some inspiration please

I was incontinent for 6 years and it took 2 operations to fix my leak

its meant to help stop your piles being really bad too.

and may i say, if your due in Oct, why don't you join us on the Oct thread

Now that's inspiration. Is prolapsed womb when it falls out/down?! Already feel that baby is really pressing down...

May well join you - didn't want to just butt in to conversations already started. But, then again, maybe there will be other on there needing some pelvic inspiration...
