Stress at work

I'm 15 weeks with a high risk of preeclampsia, high blood pressure and I have EDS. I've had my work risk assessment and mostly everything on there was high risk, especially stress levels (work in retail as a supervisor). My manager said in the risk
assessment that I can no longer be the only management on duty so this takes the stress off me but yet... Here I am, being left alone to deal with everything and stressful situations. I'm not sure what to do! I'm already stressed in my personal life, trying to find somewhere to live, family deaths and prepping for a baby.

Have you been employed for long? Could you afford to take any sick leave/reduce hours? Are you still the only manager on duty?

@Sadiee88 I've worked there for 1 year 1/2. It's only some days I'm the only manager but on my days off things pile up and get left for me to deal with. I've reduced my hours to around 30 and I don't think I could afford to take much sick leave. :(

That’s a shame about the sick leave....
Do you they know your medical history? Have you spoken to your manager? (Again) I’ve worked in retail and I know how stressful it is and how difficult it is to see management! I sympathise with you. Sad
