Could i be pregnant? Need advice

Hi Ladies, just looking for others advice and experiences.
On 18th december i started taking Utovlan tablets which you take to delay your period as i was due to see my boyfriend on the 23rd dec and didnt want period to come so i took these just incase, took them everyday until 23rd. Were not using anything as would like a baby. I have been told utovlan are not a contraceptive and you can still get pregnant.

Fast forward to 29th dec i started to bleed and i was shocked as was convinced id be pregnant. But assumed this was my period and faced the fact i wasnt pregnant. It lasted 6 days and was sometimes red and sometimes brown, not heavy at all. On 30th i took test which was negative. I took another on 6th jan amd 14th jan which both were negative.
From the 20th jan i started getting period like pains and my boobs have felt really heavy and nipples so sore. Last night i was sick and today felt nauseous. I was due on my period on 25th jan and still not here although my periods are usually late.

Is it possible im pregnant? Didnt know if anyone else has been in same situation x

I guess only a test can solve your dilemma. If you're still unsure and miss AF, ask your GP for a blood test.

How late are you for your period? Have you done a recent test with a morning wee? A side effect of Norethisterone is unexplained bleeding so your bleeding potentially could have been this and not your period.

I haven’t been in this situation but slightly similar - I took Northisterone (utovlan is the brand name but same drug) to delay my period whilst on holiday and stupidly didn’t do a pregnancy test beforehand. I had a lot of sore boobs, slight cramps etc but assumed it was because of the pill and was on it for a week or so. Whilst on holiday I had a miscarriage, calculated I had been 6 weeks pregnant and was later told continuing to take it whilst pregnant can sometimes cause defects or miscarriage. So definitely see if GP can confirm pregnancy via blood test as there is the small risk of this.

I did a test this evening and came back negative again, im only two days late

If you're 2 days late for your period, a pregnancy test would show a positive by now unless you have your dates mixed up.

When did you ovulate in December? And January? Have you had sex again since 23rd Dec? It's unlikely you got pregnant between 23rd and 29th December as you presumably wouldn't have ovulated during that time as that is when your period was expected. You would not normally have ovulated so close to an impending period. But take a test in a few days again to be sure.
You can only get pregnant around your ovulation days (a few days before and day of ideally) so it's worth tracking that this month to be sure.

I was ovulating when i had sex, my periods have just started goin back to normal, i wasnt due on my period when i took utovlan but i took them just to be on the safe side as i get irregular periods after being on depo before and have got a period before when i wasnt even due on

The chance of you having a negative pregnancy test when you're 2 days late on your period is unlikely. Had you taken any ovulation tests around the 23rd to know you where definitely ovulating? If you say you have irregular periods then you may not have been ovulating mid cycle as expected x

I had two negative tests - one at 1 day late and one at 8 days late. Didn't do another one until I was 15 days late which was positive and I'm now 9.5wks so it definitely can happen! I'd test again in a week.

I keep getting period pains and cramps on and off throughout the day but still no period. I have gone off some foods and drinks and feel bloated very easily. I just overall dont feel myself. Very confused by it all, as i have had 3 miscarriages before and by the 4, 4.5 week mark i got morning sickness

I took this to delay a period whilst I was on holiday. I can't remember details, but it messed up my cycle for a couple of months (had always been regular before) and also caused bloating.

If you took the tablets as you thought you might get your period on 23rd, why do you also think you were ovulating at this time?
