We are currently trying to conceive baby 2. With our first we stopped the pill and were pregnant 2 month later.
I stopped taking my pill a few weeks ago and period should be due within a few days. For the past 4/5 days I’ve felt very nauseous and teary. I’ve also had intermittent stomach cramp for about a week.
Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?
I had no symptoms at all first time round!
