I know some muscular ointments are out of bounds, but don't know about tiger balm...

if it has essential oils in, then i would avoid .....

It has Camphor, Menthol, Clove oil, cajuput oil, cinnamon oil, dementholised mint oil and paraffins...

think I will just suffer with a sore back, aye...
