Help with anxiety, show me any 10 wk scans

Bit of history, I had 1 healthy pregnancy with no issues. I then had a late miscarriage at 17 weeks due to Edwards syndrome, found out with an extremely high nuchal measurement at 13 weeks the baby would not survive. Got pregnant again then lost that baby at 8 weeks.
I'm now 10 weeks pregnant and we paid for a private scan due to my anxiety, and she said everything looked OK however on getting home and looking at the scan I'm worried about what appears to be a large nuchal measurement.
Please help my anxiety by showing me your 10 week scans if you have any so I can compare. I can't figure out how to attach my photo.

I feel your plight completely. I had a MC followed by two consecutive trisomy pregnancies (losses at 24 weeks and 14 weeks), followed by a healthy pregnancy. I was in tears at the 12 week scan for my last because I was terrified.
So I can totally understand your anxiety.
Post your scan if you wish. Or google scan images to compare?

Comparing scan pictures on the internet won’t help at all. Ring the clinic and ask them to get a second person to review the images.

Unfortunately the clinic is private and not a diagnosis clinic so they won't comment

This is one that I found by googling. It seems similar to yours. They only do the nuchal translucency testing from over 11+3, so I don't think the measurement is accurate before that time.

Could you call your midwife to discuss your concerns with her? I understand why you're anxious and hopefully she will too and will be better placed to offer some reassurance.

Private clinics are required to employ competent staff who can identify anomalies and to have a process for dealing with any issues identified. It matters not a fig if the say they are not diagnostic. They are registered to provide diagnostic imaging. The requirement applies. What reassurance were you seeking if you chose somewhere that just took an in utero image but didn’t interpret it?

The baby is still so tiny and your ultrasound photo isn’t very clear anyway so I wouldn’t worry or read much into it right now. You’ll get a much better idea at the 12 week scan, and you can tell the sonographer all your worries there and ask him to be more through/look for a second time if you’re still not convinced.
