Nausea at night

9 weeks + 1 and the last couple of days nausea has settled in the morning (albeit I still feel shit but I can get out of bed), but my god as soon as 5pm hits that’s it I’m done . And then 7pm it gets worse and I’m nauseas and exhausted until I finally fall asleep around 1am .
Anyone got any tips on how to feel a bit better and actually relax in bed and not dread night time ? I wear sickness bands at night and I’ve tried ginger beer , crackers , biscuits , I’m eating a shit tonne of S alt and vinegar crisps as they take the edge off but three bags a day really isn’t good for me I’m sure . I feel like I’ve tried everything and it’s making night time utterly miserable . Especially after a day at work . I have been prescribed Cyclizine but don’t want to take it long term so trying to avoid it although it didn’t really help me an awful lot when I took it 3 times a day anyway . I’m also losing weight which isn’t ideal .
So please a hand hold and some advise would be amazing !

@fluffies thank you I’ll try that . I’m willing to try anything ! I’m so utterly miserable and I feel so bad for not embracing every minute of growing this baby as I know so many woman on here struggle but my god it’s debilitating ! Luckily I’ve taken two days annual leave today and tomorrow so I can rest without taking sick leave , but I just don’t want to get out of bed and it’s such a waste of a day ! ☹️

How I see it is if you need to sleep or rest do it and take the time for yourself x
